| How do I book a reservation?
|
Simply go to our home page, select the dates of your vacation,
and click Check Rates. A list of hotels with availability for those dates will be shown.
Click Book Now for the hotel you wish to stay in.

| I found the perfect hotel, but I can't book a room online. Why not?
|
This hotel probably does not have the capability to book online reservations. In this case,
we recommend you call the hotel to book your reservations, and that you suggest to management
that the hotel obtain online reservation capabilities.

| What do I do after I book my reservation?
|
You should receive an email that restates the details of your reservation. After the hotel
confirms your reservation, you will receive a second email that alerts you to the confirmation,
and provides you with a confirmation number. If you have any questions about your reservation,
please contact the hotel directly, and not OCDestinations.

| Why haven't I gotten a response after I've contacted you?
|
Did you fill out the contact form? If so, then we may just be re-routing
your message internally so that it reaches the appropriate department within our office. If you
did not fill out the contact form, then perhaps your message did not reach us. Please consider filling
out the contact form.

| Why wasn't my review about a hotel posted?
|
| It may not have been the type of review we expect our users to benefit from. We post experiences
or opinions of this business, to inform other visitors about the treatment they can
expect from this hotel. We do not post advertisements. We offer a variety of services
